Business development is a very time consuming process & this is not always appreciated

Typically the 80/20 rule plays its part

EG

80% of your most valuable connections are generated by 20% of your effort

(Does that sound about right to you)?

In fact as an experienced Business development practitioner I would take it a level further…take those figures & I suggest you look at 80% of that 80%, so 64% of your results are coming from 20% of the 20% which means that 64% of your most valuable connections actually come from 4% of your effort!

Now that means that 96% of your efforts gives you a 36% return or 36% of your results are coming from 96% of your effort

What about if you could understand & get some real leverage on the 64% for 4% then you are on your way to becoming a superstar Business development player!

We’ll be going through how to make that happen courtesy of 5next
